The Marimekko "Fandango" pattern is an old classic from 1962. It is a good example of one of two themes that designer Maija Isola enjoyed working with in the 1960s: the romantic and ornamental theme, and large, simplified graphic patterns. "Fandango" has been assigned many different color combinations through the years; this one in red and white will definitely adorn any place in your kitchen or breakfast nook.
